Default Anyone hunt in Clinton County, PA

Hi there,

My husband and I have 20.5 acres of property on beech creek mountain, clinton county, pa. We are interested in selling it. This price could also include a single wide trailer if buyer is interested. Financial issues force this sale. Price is somewhat negotiable but priced to sell quickly at $59,500. We do not have a Realtor as to save some money on fees as well for both parties.

We have seen some good deer lately and even lots of fawns being born. They have a nice trail leading straight through this parcel. There is a nice sized bear that we see evidence of again and again.

No electric or sewer, but you guys probably figured that much. We just use a generator and an outhouse.

If you are seriously interested please email or call. 484-880-1010, or km_ware@hotmail.com

I may have to drop you a line when I get back home and come up to take a look at this. We have a cabin on Hyner Run.
