Default Opening day 8 point

Wow, this has got to be the best opening day, ive ever spent in the woods. Weather was perfect about 40 deg. ,not too windy, and a slight overcast. Had 4 big gobblers fly down at 1st light, 20yds in front of me, saw 5 does, and 2 nice bucks, including this nice 8 point I popped around 9 am. Shot was about 20 yds broadside, he ducked real quick, and I hit him a little high and back, but the angle was good, took out both lungs and the liver He went about 60yds from where I found my bloody arrow, sticking in the ground. JIC anyones wondering, my bow is a 70# Mission Journey, beman arrows and 125gr Sonic broadhead. Hunt was in Rockland co. Hope everyone else had a great opening day aswell.

Hope your not done now and have to wait around for your gun season to open! That would be a bummer, waited all this time for archery to open and it was over before it ever got started...hate when that happens.

No really congrates on a super bow buck...you know I'm jealous!
