I went to pick up my 2003-04 DE License today and was told by the man behind the counter that the State has not given shops the go ahead to sell the new licenses, so I would have to wait. Said he had a whole box full in the office but could not sell them. When I asked why, he said he wasnt given a reason?!?!? " This is the state of DE" he said, " What do you expect?"
What I expect is the ability to purchase my new license when the old one has expired. I expect this sh@t in NJ, but not in DE..
What the hell is going on?? [&:]
