Default New Jersey Bear Darted

This bear was darted yesterday, and was transported and released in a more remote location, his weight is 598#

Awesome shots, he's almost as big as the one I saw on the side of the road behind the guard rail on Cannistear Rd on my way up to Cherry Ridge a few years back.

I seen one yesterday on the late news here in n.c. the bear was darted also but it was in Michigan

Nice - I just love b. bear hunting here in PA. I got 4 so far but sure would like to settle the crosshairs on a guy like that. Any info on how old he is? I shot a 4 yr old boar 2 years ago that only went 259 lb.
