Is a Muzzleloader allowed to be used in a shot gun onley zone in the firearm seasom? I hunt in Ny,Dutchess co

muzzleloader is a legal weapon during the shotgun season. you do have to have a muzzleloader tag to carry it during shotgun season. you use your reg buck tag or dmp tags though.

Muzzleloader and handgun are both allowed in Shotgun Zones as long as you have the proper licenses to use either (ie. muzzleload tag and pistol permit).
