Default Which Rifle to use? need help deciding

Hey guys. would like some opinions. I have a Browning BLR .308 that ive used the last 2 seasons, and a Tikka T3 .3006 that i just got this past year. there both sighted in, hittin bullseyes. I just cant decide which is best. you guys know the NY woods. pretty much the furthest would be a 100 yard shot, though realistically a 60 yard shot at most. which would be better for the brushy areas.. I would think the .308. just looking for opinions. thanks guys. My spelling sucks, sorry

I hunt Chenango County and I'd go with the 308 lever gun there.

Kind of an apples to oranges comparison...both are excellent choices, lever has the fast handling/ compact advantage....308 is a excellent deer cal., but i chose the 30-06, mainly because I just think its about the most perfect all around caliber ever made. Can't go wrong with the ol' ought six.

If you'll be on stand all day use the Tikka, if you're going to still hunt use the BLR, that's how I do it. The BLR is absolutely the best still hunting gun I have ever used, so light and easy to maneuver and handle.

The Browning bar or Tikka t3, .308 or 30-06. Flip a coin.
