Default NY This weekend?

Do you think the warm weather and rain will keep them from moving on Saturday? Or do you think the bucks wont really care all too much and still be chasing does around? Im hoping the rain actually brings more activity but I doubt it.

Being opening day it will probably depend on pressure from hunters. If no pressure go after them in the pines or other bedding area where they feel comfortable.

Well, there shouldnt be too much pressure because its not opening day. Im really hoping I have deer travelling a logging road on the edge of a ravine where I have a stand set. I have my camera set there so that will determine this.

I feel like the does are getting into heat in the next few days and I dont think the warm weather will stop them from chasing. I think this is the best time to be out.

I found my new spot on the state land I hunt. I found over 10 rubs and 4 or 5 fresh scrapes and a huge highway trail along some thick cover. Its sweet spot the only problem is the thick stuff they walk along is private property. I hope if I do shoot a nice buck he comes onto the state side.

Good luck to everyone on the last week of bow season.
