Yep I sent the wife down to fill my ten feeders and mow some hay. She seen the 11 pt , the only deer I will shoot this year. Neat deer 9 pts on one side and a big Y on the other with a healed over back hip injury. Deer herd still numbers around 22 bucks and 50 doe, Eat your hearts out Pa. hunters. KILL all the doe and get big Bucks.Says Gary Alt.

My bowhunting buddy and I watched a bachelor group of five good buck yesterday evening. A seven point, three eight points and a eleven point.
One of the eight's and the eleven point will score in the 140+ class. Counting done the days to the opener.

There were two more legal bucks with the one on the pic. The one needs to live two more years, and the other should be a good one next year.I am still waiting for the big boy to step in front of my camera. Got him on vid the last two years in late Nov.

Out of all the deer that camera shot he was the only one interested as to what the camera was. You gotta love mature whitetails.

How big is the "Big Boy" that your waiting to see, pats? The big boy I got a photo of last year, has not blessed me with one this year. A couple others say they have seen him. That's all I really want for now. Is to see him again myself before the season starts.

He was a ten the last two years. It was the same deer because the base of his antlers look like tree trunks coming out of his head. Can't really score him because he would never present himself in the open unless he was moving very quickly. They live down in that steep gorge where it so thick and heavy nobody can mess with them. Only caught a look at him once each season during peak rut. Maybe I can get him to make a mistake and nail his butt this season.
