Default PGC WANTS USP MEMBER NAMES

if true, this is real funny one involving court case against the PGC by the USP.

USP states that the PGC wanted the case thrown out by court judge becausethe USP would not supply each name of members of the USP.

if this is TRUE, which it maybe, WHY WOULD THE PGC WANT MY NAME?hmmmmmmmmmmm

Game Commissioner Dan Hill, of Erie, who is an attorney, is taking the lawsuit seriously. "I have never been sued by anyone in my life except the Unifieds, and this makes twice," he said. I really don't see why this request for information, had to go before the courts in the first place. If the UBP wants to find the information on why crossbows are legal, will they also have to go the court route?

Are we sportsmen a coverup for a covert operation? We know we are being used to line the pockets of the timber industry, but who else is profiting from our money and actions?

thats not way USP is putting it out, they said, PGC WANTS LIST OF NAMES OF MEMBERS.

so, now what is TRUTH,is USP telling truth they were asked for list of member names or is PGC just after names of the EXPERTS.

could i be EXPERT because i say there are 4 dpsm in clinton county at my feeder checks?

is this what the PGC may want the USP to show and WHO is EXPERT?

DONT KNOW.

Well my guess is that U.S.P. says it represents x number of members and if thats the case it will become public knowledge whom those members are. Or if they really exist?
Kinda like Chicago, vote early and vote often.

The court has ruled against the PGC request for a motion to compel the USP to provide a list of their members and their population estimates for each WMU. It was a stupid request from the beginning and had no legal basis and therefore the court dismissed the PGC's motion.

Yes I had read about that in the local paper a while back. I wondered why the USP didn't drop their case and pursue the information through that law. My guess would be that the right to know law, didn't work for them, with this new law being untested, they put no faith in it.

would knowing names of USP members by the PGC be of importance to the lawsuit.

say that the USP said they had 80,000 members, if found out they only have 500 members, would that mean anything to case as presented .

or is PGC to show that the USP does not represent the hunters by having a low number of members and WHO they are.

it would be nice to know how many members the USP does really have.

i know they slammed phone on me 1 time for asking HOW MANY MEMBERS ARE IN MY CLUB.[:@]

THEY DID NOT LIKE ME ASKING.

Those arent the numbers but it is alleged with good basis in fact that the USP has claimed all the members of any club that affiliates with them as being "members". It goes a long way toward the credibility, or lack of it, that should be granted to USP's claims

I believe the goal is to really knowhow many members are being represented. Asking who was for verification purposes. Unless USP is overstating their numbers, why would that be a problem?
