Tioga Game Preserve in Tioga PA offers all sorts of game & hunts including hogs. They have been around for decades. You can google them up for more info.

Here is another place you can check out, it's located on the western side of Pa.
http://www.doubleboarranch.com/
I have not been there yet, but I am seriously considering it this spring.

There is also a place in mid-Vermont
http://huntwildhill.com/

good luck

There is an island in Susquehanna river in Lancaster Co. Island is just under a mile long, but fairly narrow. Has hogs and a few kinds of rams available. It's a canned hunt, but it is what it is. I'm going to get a hog for the freezer in April. Allhogs have been neutered, excellent eatingand run $350 for a hog that's 300+ lbs. You can check it out at www.mohrswidowmaker.com

There are several canned shoots for hogs - no hunts though.
Big Boar Lodge in CNY is a good one.
