COLD WEATHER

this has to be coldest weather in awhile here in northeast.

i was out hunting bear today with my bowand it was 27 degrees here in pa.

we did put out 3 bear but it was so windy/cold, i could not risk a shot over 25 yds and bear was at about 33 yards and i only had neck shot.

i took my rangefinder after he left and it came to 33 yds, i thought it was about 40 yds.

i just came in from bear hunting ,man, is it snowing here in clinton county,pa.

its so foggy i could not see my truck 50 yds away and heavy blizzard on snow.

i did not see bear today but i understand they got a few of bigones yesterday with bow.

man, my hands were cold ,it was 26 degrees,i dont think i could have pulled bow back in this weather.,

brrrrrrrrrrr,i am done, it was 2 days this year.

gun season for bear is monday but i dont hunt bear to much then, maybe wednesday.

could not believe it, 5 inchs of snow here in clinton county, pa.

bear hunters monday should have good tracking snow.

Glad to hear there is snow on the ground Sproul. I hunt 4d, hopefully it'll stay good and wintery for the the rifle opener.

We are coming up on Friday after Thanksgiving , hope Beech Creek Mountain road is o.k. there is a couple spots a little hairy in snow, might have to come up Eagleton Rd....pulling a trailer..

there is 12 inchs of snow at beech creek rd off rt144.

it is nasty out there today.

a lot of pipeliners are working out there so i think roads should be open.
