Irishhunter - I am from Nashua. A couple other NH users frequent this site as well. I used to hunt in Bow but it got too crowded for me. Itaggeda few deer up there. Friend of mine took a 200# 10 pointer a few years back on the powerline that crosses the highway just north of the Hookset toll booth. We used to accessthis area from Bow Bog Road.I now hunt in WMU K areas. Alot of places without faces where I hunt now. Be patient with deer hunting in NH. Find a good area and sittight. Let other hunters stir things up. Good luck this year. What are you using for a gun?

Howdy!
I'm from the Salem area and have hunted most of the state.
You'll find some decent hunting, just keep it to yourself, as others will invade your spots once they hear your doing well.
If you venture towards the Deering, Henniker, Hillsboro, Washington area you will find some nice spots, all within 50 min. max.
