Default PGC establishes Cougar reporting protocol

In the Jan. 18 issue of Pa. Outdoor News an article was published concerning sightings and other evidence of cougars in PA.
"Staff within the Commission is putting the finidhing touches to a new, more formalized procedure in place for capturing information from reports from mountain lions in the state".
The article also states that this new reporting policy does not mean the PGC is convinced of cougar activity in the state, just now will give a place to file the reports that come in concerning it, and a course of action to take.
It just had to happen, did it not??
