Wyoming Co. NY

So, I am heading up to Wyoming Co., and possibly Livingston Co.NY to muzzleloader hunt for the first time this weekend. Going with some buddies from the rodeo who live up there. I've looked online at the rules/regulations and feel confident, but just want to make sure I'm not missing anything. Anything different from Pa I need to know?

Any pointers on NY Deer?

posting regs are different..good luck...i live in Wyoming co and there has been a lot of deer activity as of late

Lived in wyoming county for a number of years while a CO at Attica. I would suggest hunting anywhere along the Route 238 corridor between attica and Warsaw. If you go to livingston co., anywhere near Rattlesnake hill is productive.

There is a MONSTER hanging on the hillside behind the truck stop in Dansville, off 390. Missed my chance when 209 primer didn't go off. Never heard of that happenin' before. Good luck up there. Both counties are excellent trophy prospects w/many 2 1/2 yr. old buck scoring in the teens.
