How Are the PA Archers Making Out?

RE: How Are the PA Archers Making Out?
Only the special regs guys seasons are in. And those are do only. Not many people seem to be hunting this early season. Way above average temps and a bright moon have made these 2 weeks very difficult. Front come thru tomorrow, I'm hoping for some better days the end of this week.

Took a doe last Monday morning. It was too warm to hunt the rest of the week. I did make it out this Monday but saw nothing. I hope to get out Friday before everyone else stinks up the woods on Sat. Good luck to all!

Only hunted Friday night and Saturday morning and the weather has been less than Ideal. Friday PM was tough to sit through for the first hour or so until the sun started to fall. Didn't see much activity. The later part of this week with the front moving through should get some activity moving. The first cool patch a week or so ago practically filled up the trail cameras and made the spotting fun and motivating. Good luck to all this Saturday, I hope you fill your freezers.

We hunted on the opening on the 15th... We saw about 30 doe and no Bucks.. My cousin got his first deer with a bow and my father in law tagged a doe later in the day. Last saturday was too damn hot.. THis weekend when we can hunt bucks looks better.. 72 for the high and 52 for the low..

Yep CCM352... we were good luck charms for everyone that went with us. Hopefully this weekend we can get some deer. If not at the spot in the AM, HOPEFULLY in the spot we get ourselves into later in the day. Maybe the 50 yards rule will kick in!!
