I don't think you will ever read anything pro QDM that isn't biased in some way. We shouldn't forget that the whole QDM thing was started by biologists who were also trophy hunters or paid by hunters who were interested in trophy deer. You will discover that the roots of QDM started somewhere in Texas, where a good deal of the deer population is currently behind fences. It is also popular throughout the rest of the south.
