Default QDMA

Can anyone recommend a source of info on this issue that is devoid of emotion? I am interested in knowing more about the issue, so am in search of a reasonably balanced article, paper, whatever. Thanks.

Sorry I cant be specific, but I would try and find something done by a biologist to get the science side of it without the hunter emotion.

I don't think you will ever read anything pro QDM that isn't biased in some way. We shouldn't forget that the whole QDM thing was started by biologists who were also trophy hunters or paid by hunters who were interested in trophy deer. You will discover that the roots of QDM started somewhere in Texas, where a good deal of the deer population is currently behind fences. It is also popular throughout the rest of the south. Here is a link to some more info.
