I saw an eight point buck on the median of the Garden State Parkway

Where? I saw one but didn't get enough of a look to count points by mile marker marker 100 the other day, northbound.

Yea well, I was driving to Ocean City on the Baltimore Beltway and saw a ten point (I estimate) cross about six lanes of heavy traffic. He dang near got nailed but made it to my surprise. I couldn't believe he got across! Whether he made it across the other side of oncoming traffic I don't know. It was around 11 am.

This was up by mile marker 130-something. The only reason I could count the points is because I was driving up the inner shoulder taking measurements for some safety analysis thing and wasn't going anywhere fast.

around exit 100 is loaded with deer. there is a a strip of woods between the north and south bound lanes. kinda a shame because you know most of them are gonna get wasted by cars. they should pave it or something.

I have driven that stretch probably 30 times a year for the last 21 years, and can honestly say I have never seen a carcass, but have seen deer hundreds of times. Now I know that doesn't mean there haven't been any, but I never saw one in all that time, ever.

I also know where to hunt those deer... where they come from across the Parkway... Hehe... but that's a little secret!

exit 130 area !!!!!!! I see him every morning on my way to work, there are bigger ones in the area

my brother works on the parkway. they get picked up pretty quick. he knows where they dump them. there are a couple roads and trails on the south bound side. i see trucks once in a while in the morning pulling into those areas. whether its owned by the parkway or privately owned i wouldnt want to get caught.

Oh those are state owned yards if they're what I think you're talking about.

In the past week I've been quite literally EVERYWHERE on the parkway doing this safety analysis thing... I didn't know there were traffic lights on the Parkway down south.
