the wall hanger is 9 point 175 dressed,over200 live, he was a swamp buck , the hunt on him lasted about three weeks, I could only go in with a north wind only one tree big enough for a stand, the rest were all swamp oaks 8to 10 iches, The thick under groth only gave me on lane to shot about 15 yards, I rattled about 80yards out and beat the heck out of the ground then went in I got up my stand checked the wind and let out a couple of grunts, I could here him coming my heart was racing a grouse flew up Ialmost sh.. then a bigger deer took off from my right i only saw tail and horns, I figured I blew it then he comes from my left stops and looks up at me 10yards away I let him have it right down though the neck , It took the heart and lungs he fliped up and didnt move, If it wasnt a kill I would have lost him in the swamp.

Here is a link to a picture of my son with the 120 lb spike I took this year. http://hometown.aol.com/bradbu4/AJdeer.html

This was my boy's first time deer hunting.
