Default Any fawns?

I have not seen any fawns this year. I use see about10 average driving to work. Last year I seen 2. I have not seen one this year at all. I seen a few mature does and a few velvet bucks over the last week. But the fawns seem to vanished. Anyone else seen a decline in the fawns? I did see a set of fawn tracks in the mud but have not visually seen them as I once have.

I just about stepped on one this morning. It was hanging out in my sheep pasture with its mom. I thought it had left with the doe but I was out walking the fence line and there it was. Cute as a button. It seems to be a single though. It is the only one I have seen this year so far. Nice velvet bucks out and about.

All taken this spring. Seen three sets of twins but haven't had the camera with me when I saw them.

I've had a couple of twins with their mother in my front yard the last few evenings. I'm not sure if they were the same ones or not, but they were cute.

Had three fawns in the backyard about half an hour ago. Seems like everytime the deer come into the yard to feed there is another fawn or buck with them. It started with a spike and a doe, now i have 10-12 deer feeding in the back yard everyday. A 4 point, 3 point, 2 spikes, several does and about 4-5 fawns.

Nice Pics Dave! I've seen a few just recently, but not as many as I usually do by this time of year.

I've seen quite a few. Just about every road I go on I'm stopping dead to avoid hitting a mother and fawn.
