Default Stump sprouts

Since the areas around our camp were timbered several years ago and exclosure fences were put up, I have noticed a tremendous amount of regeneration of stump sprouts from the timbered trees. These areas are in NC PA, Moshannon S.F. No oak was harvested, and I just haven't had time to take a close look to see if regen. is happening with it in the fenced areas. Anyone else been looking at it? I'd be interested to hear...........

Default RE: Stump sprouts

I'm seeing much better regeneration over the past three years in most places.
