Default Looking for starting points on Md. public ground

I'm from South Central PA and have been looking into hunting a few public grounds in Maryland fordeer, specifically Indian Springs WMA and Frederick City WaterShed.I was wandering if anyone would be willing to share any info on these locations or suggest some good starting points. I can hunt rifle, bow, or muzzleloader.

Rumor has it both are over run with people during hunting season. Might be better off to stay in PA unless you have the same problems there.
