Also would consider joining a group of guys to lease a piece as well.

Kobear is right about land in NJyou get less for an oz of gold than you do an acre of leased hunting property in New Jerkey. I have land for now but who knows tomorrow? Developed, over bid who knows?I know of people paying upwards of over 1000 bucks for 80+ acres and that is with 8 guys! What a joke! If you join the Federated sportsmans club of NJ or United bowhunters of NJI see ads in the back for club members wanted.
