I went out 1/17 from 230 til dark. Nice and cold, light winds. Nothing moved.

Was going to go Saturday night but they are calling for high winds. If that comes true, i'll goose hunt in the AM. After that, probably just go to watch the sunset the last day of archery and call it a year.

Took a long shot at some snow geese and missed. Shoulda bagged a Canada but there was some miscommunication between my father and I and no one shot. [:@] That was all. Shut out for the season, 1st time ever.

When I drove by the Allie house rd on rt 9, there were2 guys taking a nice size doe off a carrier into his SUV. Musthave had a refuge drawing today. Someone can shoot deer in the wind, just not me! LOL.

Good luck all.
