Default Bear Processing in PA

Where do you get a bear butchered in PA (either NE or SE)? I only got one before and the taxidermist sent the meat out to get butchered so I don't know where the butcher was. One mounted bear is enough so I'll be on my own next time. Sausauge and other goodies are a plus.

Why not ask your taxidermist? He just might be able to help.
