Default WV Boys/girls

Let me know what you have seen or killed. I am missing the gun season this year at my farm as my wife is in the hospital due to pregnancy complications. I'm home withour boy, and it gives me a new appreciation for what she does...LOL

I talked to my father a little while ago, and they had 1 8-point that was about 16" inside, but had ugly points and no mass. He said it was one of the uglier racks that he's ever seen from our hollar. He said the whole rack wasn't 4" high...

Not many shots according to him....

I hope everyone else is doing well.

Keep me posted...

I hope everything goes well for your family. But I shot a nice 7 point opening morning around 9am. I will post a couple of pics when I get a chance. I saw one before this one but couldnt' get a shot. This one was hot on a doe chasing her hard and couldn't get a shot the first time I saw them but the second time they stopped about 30 yards from me in a nice open spot for an easy shot.

Congrats BKA....As of Tuesday evening, they had still only shot the one deer.

They were complaining of no hunters moving deer. My father only heard 2 shots between daylight and 11:30. (Of course at 75 his hearing isnot the best...LOL)

BTW, my wife and future son are doing great. She's home, but on bed rest for 2 days, so we're taking it easy.
