Yea, NY makes you wait for horns and charges you a pretty penny for an out of state license.. another great deal by NY state.

I wish it was still bow season. Now all the deer will go nocturnal and we won't see deer as much. But let the gun hunters have their fun. I had a ton of fun and sightings durring bow season.

I can't wait. The S. tier does have the most wack jobs in all of NY. I'm going to be very careful tommorow, even though there shouldn't be anyone else where I'm going, trespassing is a problem where I live. Will sit against a large treefor cover from other hunters, yikes

Let me correct the very first post. Gun season has been open in NYS. Rifle and shotgun season opened up Oct. 21st in the Northern Tier.Gun season opens up tomorrow morning in theSouthern Tier.

Everyonebe careful out there. It's sayings like the very first post that give huntersa bad name to begin with. Good luck everyone.
