Are the bucks in rutt yet in WV?

Just wondering if the bucks have started rutting yet in the North Central Mountain part of WV? I own a 300 acre farm in Saint George, Tucker County, WV. Don't get to come home from the Navy as often as I would like to in order to do any scouting like you need to. I've been keeping an eye on the weather and was wondering if the cold weather had them stirred up or not? Somebody get me a report?

I can't speak for that part, but in the eastern panhandle, they hadn't started searching when I left this past Saturday. They should be chasing some when rifle season comes in.

They are rutting pretty hard here in hardy county. Ive seen several bucks running does, heard alot of grunting and took a nice 7 point hot on a does trail. The signs are everywhere, plenty of rubs and scraps. It seemed to come in pretty early round here this year, dont know why though.

well i dunno about WV but in southwestern PA the rut is just ending the deer have been in rut for quite a while guys
