Wind direction help?

I was wondering if any of you guys know of a resopurce I can use to determine the prevailing wind direction of areas over the last couple years? Any internet sights for weather history? I hunt NorthwesternPA and Southwestern NY.

Interesting resource if there is one. I imagine it would be hard to do accurately though what with the different terrain everywhere. I was an intel analyst in the Army, and I did a lot of terrain analysis. I am sure that any straight weather resource will not take terrain into account.
