Default Baiting in Special Regs????

I heard some talk about baiting deer in the special regulations areas. Is this legal now? What ever happened with that? I can't find anything in the book about it. Thanks.

For now it's only under discussion. It could well become reality in those areas with inaccessable property that allows some ares to become overrun while adjacent areas wind up with extremely low numbers of deer.

I'm not condoning or condemning it yet, just passing on what I've heard. I hunt special regs areas and realize there is a problem with inaccessable properties but I aint ready to support baiting deer. I would, however, support it before I'd support the further expansion of sharpshooter programs or whacky stuff like darting does with birth control
