Hunting in NY Finger Lakes National Forest

I was wondering if anyone out there has hunted in or near the Finger Lakes National Forest in NY. It lies between Seneca and Cayuga Lakes and is just north of Watkins Glen.

I am interested in trying it out there this fall and was hoping to get some insight.
