Anyone know John W Merryman from Pennsylvania

I just recieved my elk archery tag from Colorado and with it I had a cow rifle tag that belongs to Mr. Merryman.I talked to Colorado wildlife department they said he would probably call them looking for it and they would print him another,and thatI could mail it to the if I wanted.
