Hi all. The hunting club I was in (Nicholas County) shut down due to the land being timbered and sold. I live in Raleigh county and am looking for another place to hunt, or club to join in the area. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be much appreciated. Thanks,

I hunt in the eastern panhandle and wish I could help you but know little of that area. LEt me ask you: Even though it was timbered, the hunting still could be good--just different. Are the loggers expected to be there during hunting season?? If not, I would possibly approach the landowner and ask to continue hunting (at a much reduced rate). Good luck to you.
