WAS UP LAST WEEKEND AND FUNNY COUNTED 2 DEER IN THE WOODS BUT DID SEE 8 BEAR TOTAL 3 ADULTS AND REST CUBS .
THE ABOVE AREA IS HANNOCK N.Y.

I have seen twice in the last 2 seasons a female with 3 cubs. I have also talked to 3 different people in our areas - within 50 miles - that have also seen 3 cubs survving a litter. Fish cops say the population is on the rise and I think we need to expand theseason and with longer hounds licencing also.

I sleep in the woods in south western NH.
