Maine October 16th - 20th

Fellow hunters,

I'll be up in Maine visiting my cousins the week of October 16th - 20th. I'll be in the Portland area for a couple of days and around Schoodic Point for several days, if anyone would like to do some bird hunting or some kind of hunting.

I will not be there at that time but you can go on a sea duck hunt at that time I think. I have a friend that goes and he has a blast

You are a quite aways south of me or I would try and hook up with
you for a hunt with the Irish Setters on birds.

SC - I've always wanted to hunt sea ducks, that does sound like a blast!

Phil, depending on where you are, I may be able to drive to you for a day. I'll be downeast near Acadia. I'd love to hunt some birds with the dogs, man.

I am about 2 and 1/2 hours north of Schoodic perhaps meeting on route 9
we can get a day in. That would be about a little over anhour drive each.
I'll have to check my work schedule to see what I have off.
There is a store there they call the halfway mark as it is
about halfway on route 9 to Bangor. The road up from Cherryfield would come out on route 9 just down the road
from the store. You can see the store on your left at the
intersection. There is alot of dirt roads in this area that
should be good hunting.
