Can .30 .30 ammo be shipped from cabelas to my home in NYS??.

I would think so. I live on Long Island and have ordered shotgun ammo without problems.

yes but they wack you a 20 dollar fee for explosive BS....

Shouldn't be charged anything extra for loaded ammo. The fee is for powder or primers.
