Big 10, you must be kidding. With the antlerless licenses INCREASED for this year you had better take a picture of a deer to put on an ajoining tree to look at. Everyone I know has noticed a marked decrease in the number of deer sightings this year in Bradford.

With all due respect, try and hunt private land in the Northern half of the county. Good luck.

Early archery season is always warm. We may have a cool spell for a few days but it is still hot & humid PA. No suprises there.

2 years ago I shot a deer in 80 degree weather, during the LATE FLINTLOCK SEASON!

It's weather. All we can do is complain about it.

I really only remember 1 year in 18 that was decently chilly for the opener, they are always hot.

First few weeks always have some "stinkin hot" days. I guess the skeeters gotta get in a last meal before winter

A fellow told me he rolls around in cow pies which keeps the skeeters off him and also takes care of his scent because of where he hunts.

I'd rather have skeeters.

I bet your buddy is real popular when he stops in for a brew after the hunt

Amen Crazy Horse. Luckily I have land in WV to hunt because it is getting tough here in SC PA. If you see a deer, you better grad two slices of bread and run it down. I'm all but done here in PA. Wv for me.
