OT: need help in PA

Kind of off topic but I'd sure like to find someone here near Greensburg PA. There is a place that has a couple two/three Bitzenburger fletching tools for $20, used. That's cheap but they won't ship????? I would like to buy one. Need someone to help me out, if your willing, thanks. Scott (scott_vsoft@hotmail.com).
