RE: NY regs on woodchucks
I believe they are like red squirrels. Open year round.
The one thing I could never find out was what the regs. are on shooting times and weopons allowed to use and stuff like that.
I wonder if you even need a hunting licence to shoot one or if your back tag has to be on.
