PA. Sportsman's Clubs---Help!!

I am writing this post in an effort to obtain the website addresses of Sportsman Clubs in Pennsylvania. This is in regards to comments made by DCNR representatives at a recent meeting.
If any of you out there have such addresses, I would appreciate you sending them to me.
