What a lousy last day!

Wind howling, rain coming in waves of water, temps dropping like a rock, snow soon but it aint gonna stick till tonight! Not good weather for the flinter for sure.

Tough to get excited about going out. If I dont go this'll be the first time in years to miss the last day

I got up at 5 am to let the dog out and get ready to go. Needless to say I went back to bed. The rain has stopped so my son and I are heading out in a few minutes for an afternoon hunt. I guess we will just stillhunt into the wind and check some bedding areas. You never know. I just hope the flintlock goes off if we see one.

Didn't get out at all. Between being a bit under the weather and getting involved in some little indoor honey-do jobs, before I knew it the day was shot. Oh well, the freezer is full and it's only 257 days to go till next archery season[&:]
