Gun Club or Public Ranges in MD

Does anyone know of or belong to a gun club in the Baltimore Area? I'm fairly new to MD and new to hunting I've been looking for a place nearby that I can practice my shot on a regular basis without much luck, and the closest public range I can find is Elk Neck which is a long drive. Where about in baltimore are you? In the city or the outskirts?

You can go to Myrtle Grove and shoot at that public range,or you can go to the carroll county landfill

Yeah, i was gonna say carroll county landfill. but thats till about an hour drive for him if he is on the south side.

Not far from me. Well then, there is a gun club on fort smallwood road. near the end going towards the park. If you want to join a club stoney creek gun claub is down there. they have a few shooting ranges. also have days open to the public. not sure what days but you could stop in there and they have a paper with a list of public days and special things going on there.

stoney creek or glenbrooke are the closest to you. i personaly prefer stoney creek. here is a link to their website if interested to join.

Superman621 and greenmachine, where do you guys usually go hunting at? I usually go on the eastern shore in kent county. But my cousin took me up to montgomery county for muzzleloader season.

I usually hunt either on the eastern shore at Idylwild or up in fredrick at Thurmont
