Default Turkey Hunting

I'm just curious i never hunted turkey in the fall. But can you go out and yelp a few times and make a gobbler gobble back at you. And if you can what type of calling do you use. Thanks Guys

Ryan

Default RE: Turkey Hunting

well if your hunting gobblers in the fall, yes ive heard them gobble but most times i hear them cluck and few yelps or not talk at all.. i would stick w/ clucks and some slow raspy yelps to sound like your another gobbler. most of the time they dont want much company from the big flocks butw/ turkeysthats not always true. i dont know if that helps ya but good luck anyways
