CWD and feeding deer in NY

I need some help to understand this. Since the CWD they made a law saying that at no time (even in off season) can you feed deer because of CWD. Does feeding consist of placeing corn in front of my trail camera (in off season) so I can see deer in the area? What about food plot or if I planted an acre of corn to hunt over? I saw the sign at gander moutain about feeding the deer but I am very confused on this.

Food plots are ok. I don't think putting corn in front of cam would be though (technicly).

Food plots and anything left over from harvesting is OK here in Vt. If the corn was from harvesting and spilled out of the truck it might be an excuse.

Absolutely!...that is feeding and is illegal..
