Default Warm weather this weekend... Hunt or stay home

Hi all,I was planning on going bow hunting this weekend(Oneonta). It's gonna be really warm out(60-69). Do you think they will be moving around?Did the rut kick in yet ?

i agree. the deer will still be moving early and late in the day. doe's will be going and coming from feed. bucks will be following!

hunting season is only so long, use every chance you can get. You dont want to be at the end fo the season with no deer and thinking "if only i had gone out that oen weekend, maybe i would have gotten a nice buck..."

the worst that can happen is a bad day of hunting, but thats still a good day in the woods

Go hunting!!!!!!!!! It's 70 degrees out right now...I was on my way to town at 1:30 and there was a small buck dogging a doe around in my aunt's cornfield. Poor little guy must be pretty thirsty by now .

go out the bucks are stile going to be after the does if it's 80's out they don't care they are going to do there thing

Seems to me they should be moving more in the morning to make up for not being able to move too much when it gets hot. At least hunt the mornings until 10:30 or so. A friend of mine scored in Maryland on a nice buck this morning, so yes they are seeking...
