Default Delaware to hire sharpshooters

In Feb or March Delaware planes to hire sharpshooters to thin the deer hear in certain areas. Here is a link where you can comment on the issue and maybe help out to put this issue back in the hunters hands. In the 1st replt you can click the link supplied in that reply to read the original story.
