It's going to be a warm one again today boys! Not that I DON'T think you can't get a deer in this heat I just don't like to hunt in it. If you make a bad hit you sure can't let it lay long! I did hang my stand yesterday on a piece of private property where I got my buck last year and it looks good. I will be there Friday morning!

I still didn't get out again. I have to work back down at the shop again tonight. Tomorrow afternoon looks promising provided the storm clouds down roll in early.

went out last night saw a small 4 or 6 pt chasin around 2 small fawns at about 6:25 pm. i was actually quite surprised to see anything at all since it has been so freaking hot out

just got back went out for lunch got a nice doe there was a 4 point trying to mount a doe i think its time to break out the scents
