It's $2.86 here in southeasthern PA and $2.56 in northeastern PA. How in the world is it $5.00 where you are? What was it yesterday? Did it jump over $2 in one day?

You are getting gouged. I filled up here in DE today $2.79. The oil and gas futures tumbled today because Rita is going to spare a majority of the refinaries that werent affected by Katrina. Report the station/stations to your AG's office.

I paid $2.89 a gallon for regular this morning but saw it as cheap as $2.67 last night. I think something is fishy.

I filled up the truck today - just in case. $2.86 for regular but they were all out. Paid $2.96 for PLUS. Oh well, it cost me an extra $2 for 20 gallons. We went to McDonald's for dinner (kids) and the WaWa across the street was $2.83. The strange thing was that they had 12 pumps and there were at least 6 cars waiting in line for each one. I walked over to use the ATM machine and asked a guy if this was the evacuation route. He said he was afraid that gas would be $4 a gallon by the end of the weekend so he was filling up now. When I came back out of WaWa, he hadn't moved yet. I told him the price would be up to $4 before he got his turn. We stopped at a gas station near our house and topped my wife's Blazer off with PLUS at $2.96 (no lines). I think there's some panic going on. As long as the oil buyers and sellers on Wall Street don't panic, the price shouldn't jump too much. It's all up to Rita now.

but yes in Huntington WV it raised over $2 a gal last night adn in Clay county WV it did too............... price gouging out the yin yang!!

That kind of crap is criminal. Funny that crude prices actaully fell today in the comod market.

Still 2.69 in my part of WV.
