Check the Game commission site for local gamelands. I go to Bloomsburg and I found some awesome gamelands. Honestly I saw 7 legal bucks last year on that public land. I also have hunted behind the football field a few times and i've also gotchased out of theretwice. So i dont know if i'd recommend that. But there are some monsters back there. Anyway good luck. Let us know if you find anything good.

I shot my first buck in Indiana PA, it was a big farm fed buck, 8pnt with 18" spread. I hunted back aways from the Keystone Dam (good wallye fishing there), been so long ago I cant remember exactly. Check the gamelands in that area, should be good hunting. The key in gamelands is hike way back, as far off the road as you can.

I was under the impression that PGC just acquired a bunch of new state game land in and around the Indiana area. Anybody up to speed on that?

Try the huntingpa board. Those guys will know, but they'll probably lie to keep you away from their "honey hole."
