Default Early Fall This Year?

Hey Guys with the hot weather and long drought in the NE this year do you think the leaves will come down earlyer this year. It will help my Oct 15 bow opener in NY if fewer leaves on trees. I have noticed the oaks and hickory trees are stressed..... brown leaves etc. Whats your opinion?

I've noticed there has been some color changes and a few leaves already dropping in my yard.

Haven't noticed any changes in trees yet. If there is an "Early" fall this year hopefully that will begin the rut earlier too. I noticed last year the rut around here, southeast PA, started around the 3rd week of October.

Leaves are just starting to think about changing up here in Quebec. A couple trees have started to show.

The neighbor's tree across from my house is always the first in the neighborhood to show signs of the fall change. It started two days ago....right about on time for the change...though the days seem cooler over the last week.
