License's should be out tommrow, some folks will get a shock when they see how much they lowered the amounts of doe permits. A lot of non resident permits will be stopped. Good hunting and be safe. Rich

according to the print out those who want to use 3f as a primary or secondary will have a good chance to get one.

Much easier if you hunt with a bow or muzzleloader.
Saves a lot of hassle.
